First run in 9 months. Slow re-start to rehab the knee. Not challenging, but exhilarated to sweat without pain. Don’t call it a comeback.

Family safely in Portugal. Sunny, low 70s. Across from our hotel, a leafy promenade along the river, with a kids playground. I like!
Enroute to Lisbon with the family. I had to fly all the way to Philly to get a decent cheese steak. Tonight we snooze over the Atlantic.
