One of the most fun parts of planning a wedding is selecting a cake. Amazingly, most wedding cake is nice to look at but terrible to eat. Let me assure you that such will not be the case for our wedding cake. We hold ourselves to a higher cake standard.

After tasting over twenty flavors of cake from four different bakeries, we have chosen B&O Espresso for our wedding. In addition to baking delicious cakes, B&O also has special meaning for us: when we were first dating, we spent many a weekend morning having coffee and breakfast there, as it is situated in between our first apartments in Capitol Hill.

As for flavors, we're probably going to have two: Carrot, and White Chocolate filled with strawberries. Oh, and we just might have other desserts at the wedding too. And of course there will be full coffee service. Come hungry and plan on staying late!
