Yesterday we saw The Canal, a reception site located right on the waterway by the Ballard Locks. It was pretty, had nice spaces and decor, with a great view of the water. It is also right near Golden Gardens, a really nice park right on the water. Perhaps we could have our ceremony there.

Sadly, they were completely booked for Saturday night for the entire summer of 2005. But then I spoke with them this morning, and a couple Saturdays in August opened up! We're having them put together a bid for us to consider.

Tomorrow, Jordan and I are going to Bainbridge to check out Kiana Lodge. It comes highly recommended.

Jordan and I are also interviewing wedding coordinators right now. Whew, we're busy bees!
