Alex and I just got our 'Save the Date' so I'm guessing that you all have as well. Welcome to our wedding!

We haven't nailed down all of the details yet, but our wedding will be a weekend full of activities, culminating in the wedding (and the giant party afterwards) on Sunday August 21st. We know that a lot of you will be traveling a long way and we want to spend real time with you.

I know that Seattle is a little out of the way, but it's our home and we love it. For those of you coming from out of town, you might want to turn your trip into a vacation.

We'll be posting more information as we have it. In the meantime... we're so excited to share our wedding with all of you. I hope you can make it!

This afternoon Jordan and I braved the surprisingly chilly weather to race up Queen Anne hill at dusk to get a few shots of us while the light was good on this surprisingly sunny day. We got cold without our jackets, so cold I could barely operate the camera timer. But it was worth it.

The wedding is just over 8 months away. Pip pip, time to get serious about the cake. Stay tuned.
